Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items.
• Personalized items.
• Special order items.
• Ring sizes made specifically to order.
• Items that have been worn, altered, resized, damaged after delivery, or show signs of use.
• Jewelry made with gold vermeil, gold-plated, plated, or other delicate finish metals, where wear, scratching, or color changes can occur with use.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original eligible item, once approved, and place a separate order for the new item.

For custom or final sale items, exchanges are not available unless we choose to offer one as a courtesy.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Fit and Style Notice
Because ring fit and appearance can vary depending on the wearer and on other jewelry, we encourage customers to confirm size and compatibility before ordering. We are not responsible for returns based on style preference, pairing preferences, or fit issues with other rings unless the item arrived incorrect or defective.
