Damaged Items

At Kalyn & Co. we work with our distribution partners to ensure the quality of your item and that it meets our strict guidelines. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know right away and we will aim to replace the item immediately. Please take pictures of the damaged item and send them to us so we can work with our partners to get you a replacement. Replacements may take up to 4-6 weeks depending on availability as well as shipping and handling.

Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Kalyn & Co. will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges at this time. This is because of our exclusive limited quantity. 

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless your item is received damaged. This is because of our exclusive limited quantity and flash sales.
